Mahmoud got an Advanced Technician Diploma specialized in industrial electronic and compiled many years of experience on copiers advices, installation, configuration, maintenance and users support. He is also very proud to be a CANON certified technician after months of training with at the famous brand group!
Before becoming so specialized, he worked for two years in the industrial electronic before involving himself as a technician specialized in copier.
Native from Tunisia, Mahmoud immigrated to Quebec in 2001 wishing to deepen his understanding about copiers and to discover a new way of life, he fell in love with.
After 15 years experiences in all multifunction copiers brands, Mahmoud joined the team at Soleica in 2009 to work on the famous brand CANON, thus helping Soleica to become the new CANON Dealer for copiers in Nunavik.
He very pleased to share all his experience and his knowledge, and to get the chance to discover the Inuit culture.
