Born in Tashkent, the beautiful city of Central Asia in the epoch of the Soviet Union, Eugene travels a lot with his parents through the vast areas of this multicultural country.
Meeting up with people originate from 15 republics, he learns about the power of idea that can unite the different nations. From his childhood he is interested in North American continent and after the collapse of the USSR Eugene makes up his mind to go one day living in Canada where he believes to see a unity of ancient and modern civilizations.
In his teenage years being carried away by radio-electronics he decides to study at the University of Telecommunications in Tashkent. Engineer of telecommunications and lieutenant of reserve he starts his professional activity in 1996 for the State Taxation Committee where he retrains for an information technologies specialist. In 1998 Eugene continue his career as an engineer of technical service in Dell Technology Company. From 1999 to 2002 he works as an IT specialist for two other Uzbek enterprises. In this period he studies Microsoft Windows Server 2000 administration and continues working for the Internet service provider Russia Online represented by Elkomp Ltd. In 2005 he studies at courses of Linux Red Hat administration and is engaged by Sarkor-Telecom – the other well-known Internet service provider in Uzbekistan.
In 2006 he moves at last in Quebec and executes the network administrator functions in Saxum Inc Company in Montreal. After the revelation of Soleica’s Internet site, impressed by the projects of this enterprise he decides to devote himself entirely to the technical progress and human relations development in the north of Quebec.
